Easy Oatmeal



It is nutrient dense, easy, delicious and super versatile. Oatmeal is one of my go-to breakfast dishes. I love to change up the ingredients to make it seasonal and add variety.

Ingredients

Per serving:
½ banana
½ cup organic rolled oats
Cinnamon, nutmeg and/or ground cloves to taste
1 cup water

To Serve:


Top with Hemp and/or chia seeds (I like to use both!) Blueberries Almond milk

 

Add a little water to your pan and place over low heat. Dice your banana and add to the pan. Add oatmeal, seasoning and water. Stir well. Let cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir once or twice. Cook until you have a consistency you like. You may need to add more water if you like a creamier texture.

Top with hemp and chia seeds, blueberries and add some almond milk
